Or, mash a big piece of ginger and place the mixture in a handkerchief. Apply it with a cotton ball after your shower or bath.
Want a remedy you just might have in your home? Try baking soda and lemon juice. Mix it to form a paste and apply it to your clean and dry underarms. Or, try applying straight lemon juice to your underarms when you get out of the shower.
Others claim that a mixture of essential oil and a little water is great for applying under the arms to control perspiration and odor.
Another method to help control perspiration is to clean the underarm with apple cider vinegar. If you already use other homeopathic remedies, you probably already have this on hand.
Scrubbing your body with chamomile oil while in the shower is another way to help your perspiration problem. It helps if you use a good body soap that is antibacterial when you shower or bathe.
Another unusual and old home cure is to use baking soda on wool pads and patting under the arms. If you are a parent with a small child, try using the baby wipes on your underarms.
